FAQ

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, and your remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your party date. If you do not receive an invoice for the remaining balance within 48 hours of your party date please let us know. If you have an emergency and need to reschedule, we will do our best to work with you. But ALL deposits are non-refundable. 

HOW MANY GUESTS DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

All Hello Beautiful Glam Spa party package prices include up to 8 children, including the guest of honor. There is a $25 per additional party guest fee for the Glam Squad Experience and Junior Spa Experience, and a $35 per additional party guest fee for all party themes with the exception of the Ultimate Spa Queen, which is $45 per additional guest. The Glam Studio is a cozy space, so we do not recommend more than 14 guests.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We prefer that you don't cancel your party, and understand that life happens. Therefore, we will try our best to work with you if you find yourself needing to reschedule the party due to an emergency all the way up to 24 hours prior to the party. Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the party start time will result in a charge for the full price of the remaining balance of the party cost. Please don't cancel. 

MAY I BRING FOOD AND BEVERAGE?

Absolutely! We will have a decorated food/cake table set up in the studio for all your party food. We also have a family room area outside of the studio where you can set out drinks and food for your adult guests. 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE PARTY?

You should bring food, drink, the guest of honor, goodie bags if you didn't have us make them, and that's about it! Our studio is always decorated with sequin backdrops, balloon arches, table cloths and runners, and other fun decorations. We also provide paper plates, plastic cutlery, and napkins. We even have a cupcake stand, cake cutter, and extra candles and a lighter in case you forget them. We want this to be as stress free for you as possible.

IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD MAKE PARTY GUESTS' PARENTS AWARE OF?

Yes, thanks for asking! We have limited time to complete services, and we cannot guarantee we will be able to get to every party guest if we have to detangle and dry hair or remove nail polish. If you booked a party that includes hairstyles, please let party guests know that they will need to have clean, dry, and tangle free hair. If you booked a party that includes mini mani and/or pedi services, please request that attendees remove polish from nails and/or toes prior to the party.

We also ask that you make parents aware that their child is attending a spa/glam party, and may have various beauty products applied to their skin and hair. It is their responsibility to alert our team of any allergies their child may have. 

IS THERE A WAIVER?

There is! We have a waiver and a photo release form. Please forward the link to our website to guests and request that they fill out the forms prior to the party. If they don't, no worries! We can still have them fill it out when they arrive.

WHEN MAY I ARRIVE AT THE STUDIO?

You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. Please do not arrive earlier, as we may have a party before yours and need every minute to make sure your party is setup properly.

MAY PARENTS OF PARTY GUESTS STAY FOR THE PARTY?

The short answer is yes, of course! But our space is limited in the studio, so we respectfully ask that all adults besides the guest of honor's parents remain in the comfortable area outside the studio that we call the family room. It has a couch, chairs, fireplace, tv with streaming services, and coffee. You are also welcome to bring extra food and beverage for adult guests and serve it in the family room.

DOES HELLO BEAUTIFUL PROVIDE GOODIE BAGS?

While goodie bags are not included in the party package price, they are available for purchase. In fact, we love making them, and tailor them to the theme of the party! We will work with your budget, but have found that the BEST goodie bags end up with a cost of around $10 - $15 per child. Reach out for additional information if you are interested in letting us take this task off your hands!
